Join us for an introductory blind tasting session with Emer Jones, CUBWTS President 2021-22. We are delighted that the first and second introduction events sold out so quickly, and are running the session again for a third time. Emer will be taking us through the basics of blind tasting from scratch, focusing on how to determine acid, alcohol, sugar content and body in a wine. She will also talk about the Varsity match and international competitions! This session is perfect for beginners and experienced blind tasters alike – it’s never too late to go back to basics and refresh your skills.
