After a week’s hiatus, we are back in action this Sunday with a tasting focusing on different wine making techniques and the influence they can have on a wine. Led by Antoni Wrobel, a CUBWTS alum and expert in everything obscure, we will be sampling 6 whites and 6 reds. Last year Antoni brought a Tokaj and a Txakoli, so prepare yourself to try something new!
