Explore and understand more about Colour and Acid, two important and surprisingly tricky characteristics of wine. Some of the committee members will be away competing in Wine competitions so we will only have 20 places.
Please BYO tasting glasses and a pen, and for those that are new we will have some ISO glasses available for sale (£13) on the day as well as a couple of wine bibles. Please email Naomi on ncm38@cam.ac.uk in advance to arrange pick-up at the tasting.
Please arrive promptly at 4:45pm so that we can pour the wines and get started at 5pm.
