Event Details
This Sunday we will be leaving the Old World far behind to sample the wonderful wines of the United States. Far from just the buttery chardonnays and big cabernet sauvignons of Napa, this tasting will take us through some of the lesser known American regions (New York! Virginia!) and features some wines that are uncommon finds on the European continent.
This session will be led by Emelyn Rude (an official American) and will include 5 whites and 5 reds that have come from 2 college cellars, 4 online shops, and the basement of a defunct American wine importer that she is sketchily meeting at Borough Market.
